Our shop is not halal certified. However, we do not use lard or pork in our products (unless otherwise stated). Those products are prepared using separate utensils and equipment to avoid cross-contamination. If you have any questions or specific dietary requirements, please feel free to contact us.

We’re delighted to share that all of our treats are lovingly handmade with care and attention to detail. From mixing the dough to shaping/piping each cookie, our team goes the extra mile to ensure precision and quality in every step of the process.

We take pride in our commitment to using only high-quality, natural ingredients, and we never use preservatives in our bakes. Each cookie is crafted with passion and dedication, ensuring that every bite is fresh and delicious.

Our products have no artificial preservatives therefore it has a shorter shelf life. To enjoy our bakes at their best, we recommend consuming them within 2-3 weeks of receiving your orders. However, if storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, our treats can be kept fresh up to 6 weeks.

We’re happy to accommodate self-collection! You’re more than welcome to pick up your order at a time that suits you, on weekdays between 10am – 9pm.

To ensure everything is ready for you, please give us at least 3 business days’ notice and let us know your preferred time and date.

We offer free delivery for orders that meet the minimum order requirement of $128, a flat shipping fee of $15 will be applied at checkout.

Please note that an additional charge of $5 applies to areas such as CBD, Sentosa, Tuas, and the airport, or locations nearby. Our admin will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange for these top-ups

We currently do not offer international shipping.

If you are unable to receive your delivery, your order will be returned to us, in Punggol.
To retrieve your order, you may opt to either:

• • Self-collect from us.
  • Arrange a third-party delivery service to collect on your behalf.

If your preferred delivery date is unavailable at the checkout page, it means the delivery slots for that day are fully booked. Kindly select the next most convenient date for your availability. Thank you for your kind understanding.
